Refund Policy

We stand behind every Petnuvia chew with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you or your dog aren't fully satisfied, you have 60 days from delivery to request a refund — even if the jar has been opened and tried.

How to start a refund

Email us at hey@petnuvia.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. In most cases you won't need to send anything back. If a return is required, we'll email you a prepaid label and instructions — there's no return shipping cost to you. Returns go to:

Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as returns received without a request can't be processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be refunded. Opened consumable products are covered by our satisfaction guarantee above (they're discarded rather than resold), so simply reach out — there's no need to return a half-used jar unless we ask.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification — in addition to our 60-day guarantee.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hey@petnuvia.com.
